Specialized Curriculum for All Children
As your child grows and advances to the next age group, he or she will be met with the age-appropriate curriculum. At Northchase Learning Center in Houston, Texas, all teachers are trained to teach their age group and understand their stage in development.
Each day at the school, your child will learn new material by using books, manipulative, art, crafts, and computers to learn. In addition, lesson plans are approved by Texas-certified teachers.

Infant Class (Ages 6 Weeks - 23 Months)
Infant Class (Ages 6 Weeks - 23 Months)
Encourage your infant’s social, emotional, and language development with the help of our teachers. We use movement, music, and songs to stimulate and nurture their senses, which will help assist in their growth. Each infant will participate in the “Your Baby Can Read” program.
Toddler Class (Ages 2-3)
Toddler Class (Ages 2-3)
Through both structured and unstructured play, our teachers help develop toddlers’ gross motor and social skills. We will fill their days with art, music, dance, storytelling, and more. Like infants, toddlers will also join the “Your Baby Can Read” program. Follow your child’s day by checking out the Toddler Class Schedule.
Preschool Class (Ages 4-5)
Preschool Class (Ages 4-5)
For preschoolers, our curriculum might seem all fun and games, but it is filled with educational elements. For instance, we have games that aim to develop their pre-reading skills. These games focus on:
- Phonemic Awareness
- Letter and Sound Recognition
- Basic Math Concepts
- Hands-On Science Exploration
Unlike toddlers and infants, these students will study with the SRA Research-Based Curriculum for preschoolers. Follow your child's day by reading the Preschool Class Schedule.
